Short answer

Eurowings' official dangerous-goods page says each guest may bring up to two power banks on board from 15 January 2026. Power banks are not permitted in checked baggage, are permitted in the passenger cabin, may not be charged or used on board except for approved medical devices, and must be kept in the seat pocket, on the passenger, or in hand baggage stored under the front seat. The table allows two power banks up to 100 Wh without transport approval and two power banks over 100 Wh up to 160 Wh with transport approval; over-100 Wh batteries require registration by email.
