Short answer
Iberia Express is tracked from Iberia's official electronic-devices FAQ, an Iberia group help surface that includes Iberia Express navigation and fleet context. The FAQ states that devices with installed lithium batteries may travel in cabin or checked baggage if the battery does not exceed 160 Wh, while spare batteries and power banks are not allowed in checked baggage and must always be carried in the cabin. It permits 4 spare batteries up to 100 Wh, 2 spare batteries between 100 Wh and 160 Wh, and 2 portable chargers up to 100 Wh per passenger. Spare-battery terminals must be protected with original packaging, terminal covers, or individual plastic bags, and Iberia says not to store these items in overhead bins or use them at any point during the flight.

Verdict impact
- Airline rules are evaluated with the model capacity and exact route, not as a standalone approval.
- Citations remain visible on verdict pages so travelers and agents can inspect the policy evidence.
- Final airport acceptance still rests with airline and security staff.
