Philippine Airlines is tracked from its official restricted-items dangerous-goods page model: power banks under 100 Wh are allowed on board with a maximum of two per passenger, are allowed in carry-on and not checked baggage, must not be placed in overhead bins, must stay on the passenger, under the seat, or in the seat pocket, must have a clearly indicated capacity label, cannot be charged throughout the flight, and cannot be used to charge devices during taxi, takeoff, or landing.
