Short answer
UNI Air is tracked from its official March 31, 2026 power-bank carrying notice: each passenger may carry up to two power banks, power banks and spare lithium batteries may not be checked, must be carried on the passenger, must not be placed in overhead bins, may not be used or charged during the whole flight, and power banks over 160 Wh are prohibited. IATA passenger lithium-battery guidance continues to back 100 Wh / approval-band and short-circuit fields that were not published in the UNI Air notice.
